Message From the Principal

I hope you all enjoyed our America’s Assembly as much as I did.  What a great way to start off the week. If you are following Ben Dale or Mike Matthews on FaceBook, you know that the relief supplies have been welcomed in Cleveland, Texas. Over 900 cars were parked in a line waiting for the doors to open to distribute the supplies. What a wonderful show of love and support from the MBUSD family to our fellow Americans.  You guys are the best.

Don’t forget, for grades 1-5 it is minimum day week.  Every day, dismissal is at 12:40. For our Kinders, this week starts our extended day program - dismissal is now at 1:30 everyday!  This week there is a new parent night meeting on Wednesday and a room parent meeting on Thursday.

I want to thank Wendy Finster and her crew for all their work in organizing our America’s Assembly and I want to give a big shout out to Andrea Barker and her team who have been hard at work since the summer clearing trash, debris, and weeds from our planted areas.

Thanks for all your support,
John Jackson
