What is Paper Scrip?
Scrip is a gift certificate or gift card that spends just like cash. It doesn't cost you anything extra.
How does the Scrip Program work?
Local merchants sell scrip certificates to Robinson PTSA at a discount. Then the PTSA sells scrip to you at face value. You pay no more to use scrip than you would cash. Robinson earns the difference between the face value of the scrip and the discounted price (4-15%).
What can I do to participate?
Buy Scrip! Scrip order forms are available in the office. Consider your monthly spending habits and fill in the amount and type of scrip you want. Attach a check (payable to Robinson PTSA) to your scrip form and return it to school. PTSA also accepts VISA and MasterCard on scrip purchases over $250. Scrip orders are filled twice a week. Pick up your order at the Scrip Table or in the office. Extra scrip order forms are in the office cubbies, or you can download forms online (see left column for form choices). For questions email or call Nicole Tang at 310-892-7069. SCRIP sales are the PTSA’s largest year-round fundraiser at Robinson. Supporting the Scrip program requires no extra dollars from your budget. We need everyone to buy Scrip.
How to place an order:

• Walk-up sales at the Scrip Table, Wednesday 1:15-2:00pm; Fridays 11:15-11:45am

Credit cards cost the school up to 2% of your total purchase. Please consider writing a check whenever possible. Just attach your check to the order form and leave it in the Scrip box in the office.
Grocery Cards (Vons and Ralphs)
Earn rebates for Robinson every time you swipe your grocery cards! Just register your grocery card numbers. Visit www.ralphs.com to register you Ralph's card. Your Von's card can be registered on www.escrip.com.
online scrip ordering ~ New!!!
ShopWithScrip.com is the new online ordering system that Robinson will now use to gather your scrip orders. This new site offers you convenience – you can now order scrip from any internet-connected computer at home, school or office. ShopWithScrip has hundreds of different retailers, so the order page organizes products by category. Some categories may have several pages of selections. Our local vendors like Becker’s Bakery, Grow, and Manhattan Meats, etc. are also listed as retailers. Three payment options to choose from: You can pay by ACH debit to your bank account, drop off a check in the office or ask us to charge your credit card on file. In order to pay via ACH debit, you will need to enroll in PrestoPay – a link is available from ShopWithScrip.com. You may email robinsonscrip@gmail.com with any comments or questions.

Register your credit and debit cards at www.escrip.com and Robinson receives automatic rebates when you shop at participating merchants such as: Bristol Farms, Big 5, Skechers, Payless Shoes, Eddie Bauer, Sharper Image, OfficeMax, Carl’s Jr. and more.

You can earn dollars for Robinson every time you shop anywhere at the Manhattan Village Mall by taking your receipts to the concierge (located across from the Apple Store) for credit to Robinson Elementary. For more information, please go to www.shopmanhattanvillage.com.
Shop at Macy’s
Register your Macy’s card with eScrip and every time you shop with your Macy’s credit card Robinson earns big bucks. The more you purchase the more Robinson earns.
Special Orders
- If you don't see what you like on the order form go to www.glscrip.com, click on “merchant list”. If you see something you would like to order fill out the Special Order Form.
- Planning a vacation? Check out all of the Travel vendors like American Airlines, Marriott and Ritz Carlton Hotels. These items can be ordered anytime throughout the year.
- Making a large purchase? Give us a few extra days and we can get whatever you need…just ask!
Where do the profits go?
What you spend at Robinson stays at Robinson School. Last year the Scrip program gave over $40,000 to the Robinson PTSA. This money helps to fund various projects at Robinson. Whether it is new computers, new playgrounds, or instructional materials, every dollar counts!
